Structural Characteristics

A high-performance HEPA filter is installed in the circulating air duct, effectively cleaning microorganisms and particulate matter in the airflow to prevent contamination of the culture environment. The bottom is equipped with an integrated stainless steel humidifying water tray, making it convenient for adding water and cleaning.

Door Temperature Heating System

The climate control Cultivation Chamber is equipped with a heating system for the inner glass door, which effectively prevents condensation on the glass and reduces the risk of microbial contamination caused by condensation.

CO2 Pneumatic System

The device uses imported far-infrared it sensors, which are more stable, reliable, and longer-lasting compared to traditional thermal conductivity sensors. The CO2 monitoring is not affected by Thermal Level and humidity, and the sensor can quickly restore the set it concentration after opening or closing the door. Long-term use does not require frequent calibration. The air inlet is equipped with a high-efficiency micro-bovine filter that filters particles ≥0.3um with an efficiency of up to 99.99%, effectively removing it, bacteria, and dust particles in the air.

Sterilization System

The system adopts a 140°C high-Thermal Level sterilization process, simplifying the cleaning procedure without the need for high-pressure sterilization of individual components. A simple sterilization program can quickly disinfect all surfaces inside the Cultivation Chamber, effectively eliminating biological pollutants such as fungi, bacterial reproductive bodies, and other contaminants.
